Metamorphosis is currently looking for a qualified individual to join our team as Designer & Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Design Development: design contracts, detailed design/buildable plans, client relationship development.
- Estimating & Building Contracts: estimates, subcontractor agreements & walk-throughs, material & vendor sourcing, contracts, scheduling.
- Construction Project Management & Contract Execution: acquiring permits as needed, managing schedule & subcontractors, managing client expectations, customer service, receiving payments, executing change orders, executing job to company standards, facilitate inspections.
- Job Wrap and Misc.: punch lists, lien waivers, client evaluation, final photos, general review & analysis of completed project.
We’re looking for someone who is self-directed, takes pride in their work, and plays nice with others. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
This would be a full-time position.
Applicant would need his/her own reliable transportation.
