Metamorphosis approaches construction differently. Not only do we want a beautiful home for each one of our clients, but we want the experience to be rewarding as well. As a homeowner, we'd like you to be invested in the process. We consider client education, communication, and collaboration to be vital to the success of the project. Knowing this, it is our responsibility to make sure that your ideas are represented, your concerns are addressed, and that ultimately you are proud of the results.
We tackle everything from paint consultations to structural overhauls. Our job is to listen to your ideas (or your designer's), what you want for your space, and where you see yourself in 5 or 10 years. From there, we’ll help you determine what projects would give you the most return on your investment. (It helps that we have a sister company in real estate.)
As dedicated environmentalists, it only makes sense that we incorporate sustainable practices into our day to day business. That means everything from the paper our contracts are printed on to how we sort our construction debris. There are so many opportunities within the building industry to be less wasteful!
