As dedicated environmentalists, it only makes sense that we incorporate sustainable practices into our day to day business. That means everything from the paper our contracts are printed on to how we sort our construction debris. There are so many opportunities within our industries to be less wasteful! We do our best to set the bar high, offering an environmentally conscious and socially responsible company for our clients and employees.

As far as we're concerned, being ' Green' is a mind-set and a series of small everyday choices. None of us at Metamorphosis live in Net Zero, off-the-grid houses or drive Hydrogen Fuel Cell cars...Like you we balance cost vs. impact for every purchase we make. Like you we are doing our best everyday to be mindful of the larger impact our actions have on the world around us. By choosing Metamorphosis you are doing your part to support local, sustainable businesses that are working towards a 'Greener' future.

  • All of our Agents are either EcoBroker Certified or have earned the NAR Green designation (or both!)
  • We're proud to be a Minnesota Green Star Certified Green homes and Remodeling Builder.
  • Our office features: Low/No VOC paint, CFL's all around, Low flow water-saving fixtures, New Skylights to minimize daytime usage, Native landscaping. We also compost and recycle as much as possible.
  • When paper is necessary, we use 100% post-consumer recycled.
  • We recycle construction debris.
  • Whenever possible, we ride our bikes to work.
